About Troop 215
Two-One-Five unites boys in the area to build friendships, leadership and life skills preparing them to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling values of the Scout Oath and Law.

What makes Troop 215 … Troop 2-1-5???
Our motto is “Adventures in Scouting”!

Troop 215’s camping program is defined by our slogan “Adventures in Scouting”. We strive to figure out ways to bring camping trips to a higher level of adventure. For example, we’ve gone overnight caving, setting up a base camp deep underground from which we ran guided expeditions into more remote areas of the cave, sleeping under the earth for 24 hours. These are Troop 215 adventures that our scouts will remember for a lifetime. It is great to be involved in scouting at Troop 215 – our boys wear their scout t-shirts and sweatshirts to school proudly!
Week-long summer camping adventures

Summer week-long camping adventures
Each summer our scouts depart for a week-long summer camping trip filled with activities, merit badges, camaraderia and fun! Scouts that have recently joined or bridged over from cub scout packs enroll in programs targeted specifically for first year scouts to ensure their week is enjoyable and rewarding.
Summer camp trips have taken us both near and far. We have gone to Ockanickon, right here in Bucks County, Camp NoBeBosco in NJ, Camp Minsi in the Poconos as well as to Maine, Ohio (where we spent a day in Cedar Point), West Virginia and New York.
Monthly Community Outings

Once a month, in place of a regular troop meeting, scouts enjoy a fun night out. Some of our outings have included:
- Dodgeball and swimming @ Quakertown YMCA
- Iron Pigs and Phillies baseball games
- Skyzone indoor trampoline park
- Lehigh Valley Phantom ice hockey games
- Bowling
- Doylestown Rock Gym
- Electric Go-Karts at Speed Raceway
- Private tour of Sellersville National Guard Armory
Ajapeu Lodge Order of the Arrow Program:
The Order of the Arrow is the honor society of the scouting program, and provides opportunities for community service and special program options for scouts that are elected to this elite program. As part of this program, scouts can participate in trks at Philmont Scout Reservation in New Mexico, voyages to the Northern Tier in Minnesota and brotherhood weekends in Ockanickon.
Patrol method:
Troop 215 is a traditional boy-led Boy Scout troop where adult guidance is offered as needed. Scouts are organized into small groups (5-7). In the patrols scouts learn to work with others, while the Patrol Leader learns responsibility for others. The Patrol system is one essential feature in which scouts differs from all other organizations. When the system is properly applied, it is absolutely bound to bring success.
